1. Food Safety & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
2. Product Weight & Natural Variation
All our pastries are baked, and slight variations are a natural result of this process.
- The total weight of each package is approximate and cannot be guaranteed exactly
- Individual pieces may vary in size and weight
- A variation of ±30 grams per package may occur
- The number of items per package may also vary slightly
These variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds or complaints.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your case and may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund (if applicable)
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them
- Once preparation has started, cancellations are not possible
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
6. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Minor variations in appearance, size, or weight (as products are handmade and baked)
